Melbourne is the second most populous city in Australia, and is located around Port Phillip Bay in the south-east.

The city is often referred to as Australia's 'sporting and cultural capital' and it is home to many of the nation's most significant cultural and sporting events and institutions. Melbourne is notable for its mix of Victorian and contemporary architecture, its extensive tram network and Victorian parks and gardens, as well as its diverse, multicultural society.

This holiday will give you a taste of Melbourne's sights. Upon arrival at the airport you will be met and transferred to your accommodation. To familiarize yourself with the city, enjoy a morning tour, and continue to explore it on your own pace. Take a full day tour to Phillip island, admiring the natural surroundings of the area and the lovely Penguins parade. This tour combines pre-organised services and free time on your own to explore the magnificent city.

They meander straight past eager visitors who wait in anticipation of the night’s performance.

Enjoy the Penguin Parade from an exclusive area on the beach. Each guest will be supplied with binoculars, a mat and headset for the live commentary from their personal ranger. Designed for groups of up to 10, this advanced accredited eco tour takes visitors to a secluded beach to view little penguins waddling ashore to their sand dune burrows. The beach is in a completely different location to the Penguin Parade. (No children under 16 years permitted.) Visiting the Koala Conservation Centre offers a great opportunity to see Koala’s up close and learn more about this much loved native Australian. There are a number of factors which will influence the price of your travel arrangements, including the standard of hotel (we offer a variety of standards from three-star (medium) to deluxe), the season, the duration of your trip, the level of private guiding and the complexity of the itinerary.

Rates vary frequently, depending on your hotels choice, number of people in your party and period of your trip.

We work with the highest quality hotels of different styles in each area – which, in some cases, may mean the 'authentic' rather than the obviously luxurious – and we do not always opt for the obvious. So it’s a matter of working out what’s right for you, based upon your tastes and the experience you want.

All the holidays have been carefully crafted by our experts. However, we understand that every travel experience should be as unique and individual as each traveller.

Our specialists are looking forward to hearing from you so that we can custom design a tour to your individual specifications.
